  We had our first visit here today and everything was excellent! We came to get our new pup a bath and the staff went over our options with us and helped us get our very large dog into the bath area. They set us up with all the bath tools we needed including a special de-shedding tool and some extra towels since our pup was spooked by the dryers. When we were ready to leave they had a great selection of treats for our dog and the staff was giving hers LOTS of treats! I think it made her feel better about the trauma of her bath time. Unfortunately we forgot to catch anyone's name but honestly everyone today was fantastic and I feel like the entire staff checked on us at one point or another. Everyone was really friendly and we can't believe how soft her coat is from the leave in conditioner. Can't wait to come back for our next bath day!'
