- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have called multiple times to cancel my policy, and after calls not being returned and actually speaking to a representative of this agency my request to cancel my policy has not been processed despite being told it would. Now I am receiving past due notices! Whatever you do, do not open any policies with this agent or State Farm. They do not allow you to cancel via phone with the corporate office or the agent either, and apparently no one knows how to get this issue resolved. They will rack up your bills and keep policies open as long as possible, and I'm sure they'll send you to collections for your policy that was "canceled" long before these bogus charges were incurred. I am currently on hold with the customer service (40+ minutes and two people) which is very lackluster and doesn't even deserve to be called customer service. I have never had an experience like this with any insurance company, so potential clients BEWARE.December 02, 2016by Tony Huey
