  My experience was obscene to say the least my gums are infected and ruptured and my insurance maxed out. Due to this a dentist refused to even speak to me or educate me on the problem I'm dealing with and appropriate management for the condition because I'm to poor. I never expected a person wanting to help people would be so full of themselves they wouldn't exchange simple words and professional advice to preserve my health. Unless of course I paid him to do so. I understand charging for treatment but $20 dollars to answer one goddamn question? I've been seeing them for over 5 years. Today I'll have to find a dentist interested In oral health instead of a paycheck. Just sickening.

  Extremely rude reception. Called ahead to clarify cost and methods of payment accepted for work on child. Actually called 3 times to be sure and clear. Upon arriving presented with a bill double what quoted, and told decision and commitment to pay MUST be made RIGHT now, even though all work was NOT going to be done right away. When family stepped out to call and make a decision on if we can afford additional 700.00 charges...the appointment was cancelled and we were charged 19.00 office visit. Aggressive, rude pack mentality from front desk. No willingness to clarify or offer solutions. WE paid 19.00 to be insulted...nothing gained. I called Comfort Dental against the advice of other people in industry...thinking it cant be that bad...sadly it was worse. I cant speak to the dental work because we left, NO WAY trusting our child with unprofessional clicky office. Fish stinks from head down. Dentists visits are stressful enough, polarizing office atmosphere makes it excruciating.
